C# tab application

    i want to do a tab application in c# for my project work. in my application i want to create two tabs for grid and graph.if i press the grid tab i want to get the data from mysql database and if i press the chart in that, there is another tab contains two parameters example english marks and science marks .if i press the tab eng marks chart should be displayed as well as the other one for the data in mysql. if u have demo code or any refrence regarding these please send me it will be of very usefull to finish my project ...
