How to build the boot disk with network service and Browser

Dear All, 
I am looking to write a small program for just booting  system with network service and directly open the browser with out loading any window or linux service in short there will no operating system just when you boot the system from the cd it will directly load the browser 

Is any one help me in this coding i am really thankful for this
