Facing problems in relieving process. Please Suggest me.

Dear All,

It's Not a technical problem . Please go through it &  suggest me .

Currently i'm working as a Sr. developer in a middle level IT(SW) farm,Recently in October 2013 my project movement done & i was assign with some R&D assignment & in October 2013 last week i got a good opportunity so i put my resignation .

As per the my current company Offer letter & company policy i have to serve 2 month notice period But I can't serve two notice period , I can serve only 37 days notice period because in my new job the joining date is fix.
So I discus with my management & request him to relive me in 37 days  & I will Pay money for  the one moth notice period as I need to join the new job
 & I completed my assignment in current project , I am not the billable resource , not even have project knowledge transfer.

As per my knowledge so many employee use  buyout option & relive early. My  management told me we don't have any buyout option and i have to serve two month notice period . But as per the company offer letter buyout option is there.

Please go through the below line

Separation of Employee

"Upon completed of probation period due to administrative reason(s) your service can
be separated without assigning any reason(s) with two months notice on either side
or pay in lieu thereof. The Payment cause will be decided by the Head-HR."

Please suggest me what i will do. Your support/suggestions are highly appreciated
and welcome.
