confusion at fresher level

hi., am a fresher.. just completed my M.C.A in may 2013.. i did my project in .net windows workflow technology.. now i joined in a small owner based company with 1 year contract.. they developed project in .Net technology..

is this 1 year experience is enough for me to try for big companies or i need to study some technologies???

am totally confused..

please guide me..
