Creating adjacency matrix

   I want to create adjacency matrix for the given dataset.

In above dataset, 3 records are given. Each record starts with "#*" and ends with "#%".

#*  is "paper title"
#@ is "Authors"
#t   is "Year"
#c   is "publication Venu "
#% is " paper citations"

I want to create adjacency matrix against authors and the paper citations from each record , that is the number of times the author is cited.
