How to call or consume OTRS webservice from Visual studio

Hi all,
I'm trying to do the basic OTRS actions like ticket create, ticket close etc from asp.net application. For that i'm creating OTRS webservice using GenericInterface Webservice Management-Change from OTRS Admin menu. But i don't know how to call or consume this webservice from Visual Studio 2010. Kindly any one give me the idea to achieve this?
