Distribution of software on cds

Hi,

We have developed a POS software using C# .net. We are planning on selling the software on cds. However, how can we ensure that once somebody installs the software in their machine, he cannot give the software to someone else so he can start using without buying the software from us.

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
