Publish .Net MVC 3 Application using TFS

Hi,

I have hosted my .net Application manually into the cloud.But now i am having the requirement like we need to host the application using TFS.I mean whenever some one Checkins into TFS,It should automatically should be in sync with the application hosted in the Cloud.

Can anyone hemp me on this.
